Dear friends of Heubach,

Recently l have been asked for the single most important factor that helped the Heubach’s for so long to break the rule of the typical three generation lifecycle of family owned operations. I believe that one single reason is not sufficient to explain the complexity of such history, but I am convinced that the joy of innovating and pioneering was the strongest source of energy which lit Heubach's way through 600 years of entrepreneurial history.

  

Heubach India is a labor of love, embodying the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and tradition of Heubach. Since its inception it has been a fascinating journey of conceptualizing and developing an organization based on Indo–European values to erect manufacturing plants which produce top quality pigments, practicing clean and green chemistry with all principles of Responsible Care to protect our people, our environment, our community and this world that we live in. In this context we have also revived the activities of ETAD in India and taken the leadership in promoting and implementing these in India.


With this light to follow and innovation as a common denominator, each generation of Heubach employees left its individual footprint of innovation on the long path towards the 3rd millennium. It reflects their difference in character as much as that of changing historical environments.

  


Heubach India is fully committed to continue making this company the most reliable and cost effective supplier of high quality pigments to its customers and offering a one stop purchasing experience with its full range of products.

For me what is specially gratifying is to see the success of a model which borrows the best benchmarking standards from the West and marries this to the vibrant, cost effective and growth oriented culture of India. In the recent past, Heubach India has already started development in cutting edge research and development for the high end product lines like color-filter and inkjet applications. Truly this has been a memorable trip and the best part is we are not even half way………………..
