Recently l have been asked for the single most important factor that helped the Heubach’s for so long to break the rule of the typical three generation lifecycle of family owned operations. I believe that one single reason is not sufficient to explain the complexity of such history, but I am convinced that the joy of innovating and pioneering was the strongest source of energy which lit Heubach's way through 600 years of entrepreneurial history. |

Heubach India is a labor of love, embodying the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and tradition of Heubach. Since its inception it has been a fascinating journey of conceptualizing and developing an organization based on Indo–European values to erect manufacturing plants which produce top quality pigments, practicing clean and green chemistry with all principles of Responsible Care to protect our people, our environment, our community and this world that we live in. In this context we have also revived the activities of ETAD in India and taken the leadership in promoting and implementing these in India.
